1. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment
Equine Therapony provides equine-assisted therapy and equine learning facilitation. Our services are designed to support emotional wellbeing, personal development and mental health, but they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical psychiatric care.
If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency call 999. You can also contact the Samaritans at any time on 116 123.
2. Website Information
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on this site.
Nothing on this website constitutes professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.
3. Equine Activity Risk
Working with horses carries an inherent element of risk. Horses are living animals with their own behaviours and responses. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, visitors and animals, Equine Therapony cannot guarantee that any session is entirely free from risk.
All participants (or parents/guardians of participants under 18) are informed of these risks prior to any session and must confirm their understanding before attending.
4. Testimonials and Outcomes
Any testimonials or examples of outcomes on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Every person is different, and outcomes from equine-assisted therapy will vary.
